We’re thrilled to invite you to our upcoming STEAM Night, a celebration of student creativity and innovation across Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math. This event is open to all students from BeMe Preschool through 8th grade. You can either participate by putting up a booth on any subject under STEAM or simply come to look at all the fun booths put up by our students and many vendors from our community.

Participation Guidelines
* Who Can Participate: This is a free event for all the Students from BeMe Preschool to 8th grade.
* Team Structure: Individual or in teams (max 3 students of the same grade level/team).
* All materials that are used should be brought by the student/team and immediately cleaned up after the event. School is not responsible to store them.
* Project Topics: Choose any STEAM-related subject—experiments, demonstration of any STEAM concept, inventions, scientific facts, engineering designs, math, arts, etc. It is completely self preparatory and not to be done in school.
* Research: Use books or online resources to explore your topic.
* Safety: No hazardous, messy, or smelly materials allowed.
* Display Requirements:
* Use a project board no larger than 48" wide x 48" high x 30" deep.
* Include relevant materials and a clear conclusion.
* Presentation:
* Be ready to explain your project to parents and peers. This can be done verbally or by using a looping video or read through signs on your poster.
* Bring supplies for demonstrations, ensuring safety and cleanliness.
* Special Note for Grades 3 and Up:
* Use this opportunity to prepare for the CVUSD Invention Convention in March.Click here to complete one Google Form per individual or team.
